Return Request
At Newhaven Display, we aim to provide the highest quality display products and services. If something isn't right, we're here to help. We accept returns or exchanges of standard products within 14 days from the original purchase date on all products purchased through our website. A restocking fee of 20% will be applied. We cannot accept returns if a customization was included in the order, this includes connectors and headers being soldered onto the display.
The customer is responsible for both the return shipping costs and shipping costs from the original order unless the product is defective and under warranty. The product must be returned unused and in the original packaging.
If you purchased from an authorized Newhaven Display distributor, you must process returns through the distributor you purchased from. If your product falls under our warranty guidelines, you may be qualified for a return.
