This 5.0" TFT LCD delivers vibrant visuals with an 800x480 resolution and wide-angle clarity powered by MVA (multi-domain vertical alignment) technology. A 527-nit LED backlight enhances brightness, making content sharp and easy to view across various lighting conditions. Built for projects that demand touch interaction, this display includes a responsive capacitive touchscreen with cover glass and I2C interface. The built-in FocalTech controller enables smooth multi-touch gestures, making it ideal for interactive applications.
Powered by the FTDI FT813 Embedded Video Engine (EVE), this module integrates graphics processing, touch input, and audio control into a single solution. It supports a range of built-in widgets such as sliders, gauges, and buttons to streamline development. The display connects via Serial SPI, making it compatible with low-cost microcontrollers and easy to pair with Arduino using the optional NHD-FT81X-SHIELD. A built-in LED driver with PWM allows for adjustable backlight control, and the module mounts easily using its built-in holes. As with all our displays, it is RoHS compliant and built to meet strict environmental standards.
