This 5.0-inch IPS TFT LCD delivers vivid 800x480 resolution and exceptional clarity, even in bright outdoor environments, thanks to its ultra-bright 1,100-nit backlight. Built on a custom USA-engineered PCB with integrated HDMI compatibility and EMI shielding, this display is ready for demanding embedded applications that require reliable, high-quality visuals without touch functionality.
Designed for quick, cable-efficient setup, this module uses a Texas Instruments TFP401A HDMI/DVI receiver and built-in PWM LED driver for consistent performance. Ideal for use with Raspberry Pi, BeagleBone, and most HDMI-compatible systems, including Linux and Windows Embedded. While most Linux-based systems support plug-and-play functionality, Raspberry Pi users may need to adjust the config.txt file for full compatibility. Mounting is simple with the pre-installed steel brackets and no external enclosure required. As with all our displays, this module is RoHS compliant and built to meet strict environmental and safety standards.
