This graphic LCD module with 320x240 pixel resolution shows blue pixels on a gray background when the backlight is powered on or off. There is a backlight cable attached to this module for more flexibility applying power to the backlight. This transflective LCD display is engineered with an optimal 6:00 viewing direction under a wide range of lighting conditions. In low light settings, the white LED backlight provides high contrast and clear graphics to the viewer. The STN positive display technology ensures the display is always easy to read, regardless of the lighting conditions.
This monochrome LCD has a built-in negative voltage, S1D13700 controller, and communicates with Parallel interface. Add 20-pin FFC connector for simple setup with a range of development boards, including Arduino. This graphic LCD operates with a low 3.3V supply voltage and offers frame ground. It has a wide operating temperature range from -20 to 70 degrees Celsius. Our displays are all RoHS compliant and adhere to strict environmental and safety standards.
