The NHD-7.0CTP-CAPE-P BegalBone cape was designed with our 7" NHD-7.0-800480AF-ASXP-CTP display in mind. We took the 10-point multi-touch capacitive touchscreen, 850 nit brightness, and 800 x 480 pixel resolution that already made the display a great choice, and added in upgraded EMI shielding, an on-board dip switch for EEPROM configuration, and secondary headers for additional cape connections. We also threw in M3-compatible 3.5mm mounting holes, a reset button, write protection pins, PWM backlight control, and an LED power indicator for good measure, making this the ultimate plug-and-play solution for your next Android or Linux BeagleBone project.
