What You’ll Do
As our Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in driving our digital marketing efforts and supporting strategic initiatives across the organization. This is the perfect role if you’re looking to build a well-rounded marketing career with hands-on experience across SEO, paid media, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.
In this role, you’ll get to:
- Conduct keyword research and basic competitive analysis using tools like SEMrush to help inform marketing strategy
- Support on-page SEO improvements and help manage technical SEO projects to improve organic visibility
- Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of Google Ads and paid media campaigns
- Analyze web and ad performance using Google Analytics and GA4
- Help translate data into actionable recommendations that drive marketing decisions
- Support web content management and updates on our BigCommerce platform
What You Bring
This role is built for early-career marketers—whether you’re a recent grad or you’ve gained experience through internships, freelance work, or school projects.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with SEO or content marketing through:
- Internships
- Freelance work
- School organizations or digital projects
- Basic knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEMrush
- Strong writing and editing skills, with an eye for SEO
- Analytical thinking and interest in digital strategy
- Organized, self-motivated, and curious to learn
