This character LCD is 20 characters each on 4 rows and will show dark pixels on a bright yellow/green background while the yellow-green backlight is powered on. With the backlight off, this display shows blue characters on a gray background due to the STN positive gray display technology. This transflective LCD Display has an optimal view of 6:00 and is visible with ambient light or in bright light environments with the use of the yellow/green LED backlight. It operates smoothly in a wide temperature range from -20°C up to 70°C.
Yellow-Green Monochrome LCD with Parallel Interface | Compatible with Arduino
This character LCD module has a built-in ST7066U controller and communicates with parallel interface that simplifies compatibility with a range of interfaces and development boards, including Arduino. This monochrome LCD operates efficiantly under a 5V supply voltage and can display up to 80 characters at once without scrolling or changing text, which makes it ideal for applications requiring long strings of text or long messages. Our displays are all RoHS compliant and adhere to strict environmental and safety standards.
