This 7.0" IPS TFT LCD delivers crisp 800x480 resolution with full 24-bit color and wide viewing angles for consistent image quality across applications. IPS technology ensures accurate color and sharp contrast, while the 850-nit LED backlight makes the screen easily visible in bright or outdoor environments.
A capacitive touchscreen with cover glass is integrated directly into the module and connects via USB-HID. No external drivers are required, just plug it in and Windows will automatically configure touch functionality. The EMI-shielded FPC adds signal protection for environments with electrical noise.
Built with a custom PCB featuring the Texas Instruments TFP401A HDMI receiver and a Microchip PIC18 controller, this module offers a reliable HDMI + USB touch solution in a single, compact unit. Ideal for Raspberry Pi, BeagleBone, Windows, or Linux-based systems, it delivers seamless performance for embedded or HMI applications.
Mounting is simple with four built-in 3.5mm holes designed for M3 screws. As with all Newhaven Display products, this module is RoHS and REACH compliant and built to meet strict environmental and safety standards.
Using your own cover glass or overlay with our capacitive touchscreen displays? Talk to our engineering team about having us calibrate the touchscreen's sensitivity to maintain optimal performance. We can also work with you to customize and install cover glass so you don't have to.
