Shipping Policy

Standard Processing

Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, pending credit card authorization.

Cutoff Time for Orders

Our cutoff time for orders is 12:00 pm Central Standard Time (CST), Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 12:00 pm CST on these days will be processed and shipped out on the same day for in-stock products. Please note that this schedule may be subject to adjustments during holidays.

Overnight and 2nd-day Shipments

Overnight and 2nd-day shipments will ship on the next business day for in-stock items. For website orders, special shipping requests should be directed to customer service by calling (847) 844-8795 during normal business hours.

Shipment Terms

All shipments by Newhaven Display are EXW point of shipment from Newhaven Display's facility. The amount of all transportation charges will be paid to Newhaven Display by the Customer in addition to the purchase price of the Products.

Title and Risk of Loss

Subject to Newhaven Display's right of stoppage in transit, delivery of the Products to the carrier will constitute delivery to Customer, and title and risk of loss will pass to Customer.

Insurance

All orders shipped on Newhaven Display's account will include insurance for the cost of goods. Newhaven Display will make reasonable efforts to initiate shipment and schedule delivery as close as possible to the Customer's requested delivery date(s).

Delivery Reschedule

After confirmation of a requested delivery date, the Customer may request a reschedule up to a maximum push-out of thirty (30) days from the confirmed requested delivery date, subject to acceptance by Newhaven Display and may require a 3% per month storage fee.

Pull-in requests can be made at any time and accepted by Newhaven Display, depending on product availability. The Customer acknowledges that delivery dates provided by Newhaven Display are estimates only and that Newhaven Display will not be liable for failure to deliver on such dates.

Shipping Carriers

Selection of the carrier and delivery route will be made by Newhaven Display unless specifically designated by the Customer. We work with all major shipping companies, including FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL.

Signature Requirement

Shipping is a service you are buying from a carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) along with your order from us. Require Signature on Delivery is an add-on shipping service we encourage our customers to add for an extra layer of security to their packages.

Online orders of $2,500 and above will require a signature on delivery at no additional charge. If your online order total is below $2,500, you can add or opt out of this extra add-on service during checkout. Please note that by waiving the signature on delivery, we are not liable for filing claims with the carrier if the goods are lost or damaged during shipment.

By removing the signature requirement, you understand that Newhaven Display will not be held liable for lost or damaged goods.

Partial Deliveries

Newhaven Display reserves the right to make deliveries in installments. Delay in delivery of one installment will not entitle the Customer to cancel any other installment(s).

Delivery of any installment of Products within thirty (30) days after the date requested will constitute a timely delivery.

Delivery of a quantity that varies from the quantity specified shall not relieve the Customer's obligation to accept delivery and pay for the Products delivered.
