NHD-0440AZ-FL-YBW | 40x4 Character LCD Display With Yellow/Green Backlight | STN (+) Positive Yellow/Green Display
This 40x4 character LCD can display up to 160 characters simultaneously by showing 40 characters per line. It shows dark pixels on a bright yellow/green background. It operates in a wide operating temperature range (-20 to 70 C) and features the ST7066U controller.

Muy buena calidad y iluminación. Esta un poco mas caro que otros distribuidores pero su servicio al cliente y soporte técnico es muy bueno. Tienen personal que habla español, me ayudaron mucho. :)
