7.0" IPS Screen with 800x480 pixels | LCD Module Options with HDMI, EVE and Cape | Capacitive and Resistive Touchscreen Options
We are excited to announce we added a new line of 7” displays to our already robust line of IPS TFT LCDs. This new line of 9 display models with options for built-in module, interface and touchscreen capabilities.
Each display features a resolution of 800x480 pixels. And with In-Plane Switching technology, these displays offer better quality images and graphics, and can be read easily in bright ambient light. They show consistent image quality when viewed from just about any angle, making them ideal for use in many devices, with or without a touchscreen. Each provides better color reproduction throughout the color gamut, along with greater contrast and brightness.
Models with the EVE (Embedded Video Engine) module provide even greater graphics, touch control and audio with a graphics controller from Bridgetek. Versions with the HDMI module feature a plug-and-play HMI solution courtesy of the Texas Instruments TFP401A HDMI receiver and Microchip PIC18 microcontroller, two of the most highly regarded chipsets on the market. And there is a version that is paired with a BeagleBone cape, which simplifies prototyping and development for current and aspiring BeagleBone users.
