This premium 24-bit true color TFT LCD module has built-in HDMI compatibility for a streamlined connection between devices with fewer cables. Assembled to the display, the custom PCB we engineered in the USA provides the user an all-in-one, plug-and-play HDMI + USB touch solution. This 5" LCD module has a backlight of 480 nits and a high resolution 800x480 pixel screen with MVA technology, delivering higher contrast and improved viewing angles up to 70° from any direction. This transmissive Liquid Crystal Display includes a USB-HID resistive touch panel with no requirement for external driver installation. Once connected to the system with USB, Windows will automatically detect and install the necessary drivers. With a 4-wire resistive touchscreen, it's an excellent choice for projects desiring high-end visual output with simple touch functionality. The touchscreen will allow users to interact more intuitively and create opportunities for interactive applications.

Included on-board this 5" LCD HDMI module is a Texas Instruments TFP401A HDMI/DVI receiver and a high brightness LED driver with PWM. Whether you need a display for your Raspberry Pi, BeagleBone, a Windows/Windows embedded PC monitor, or a touchscreen HMI for your Linux or other embedded system, this display offers a solution. No extra casing is required to mount the display since it also comes with 3.5mm mounting holes enabling standard M3 screws for easy installation. Our displays are all RoHS compliant and adhere to strict environmental and safety standards.
