This LCD module has 20 characters on 2 rows and will show dark characters on a bright yellow/green background while the backlight is powered on or off. This transflective, dual row display has an optimal 6:00 viewing direction for the best visibility. This STN-positive yellow-green LCD display operates with a 5V supply voltage and withstands a wide temperature range, operating in temps as low as -20°C and up to 70°C.

This monochrome LCD module has a built-in ST7066U controller and communicates via 4-bit/8-bit parallel interface communication that guarantees compatibility with a range of interfaces and development boards, including Arduino.
