The Newhaven NHD-0108CZ-FSW-GBW-33V3 character, monochrome LCD, displays 8 characters in one line with dark pixels on a gray background. This particular transflective LCD remains visible under ambient light or can be used in poor lighting conditions with the added backlight. The operating temperature range is -20 to 70 degrees Celsius. The viewing angle is 6:00, and it operates with a supply voltage of 3.3V and comes with a built-in ST7066U controller. This RoHS-compliant eight-character display is compatible with Arduino and other similar development boards.
