This graphic LCD with 128x64 pixel resolution shows blue pixels illuminated on a bright gray background due to its STN positive gray technology when powered on or off. This transflective display is engineered to provide a 6:00 optimal view under a wide range of environments. In bright sunlight, the display uses its reflective layer to reflect ambient light back to the viewer, making the screen easy to read. In darker settings, the built-in side white backlight provides bright, high contrast graphics to the viewer. This advanced display technology ensures this monochrome display is easy to read in any lighting conditions. With Chip-On-Glass (COG), the design of the LCD eliminates the need for a Printed Circuit Board (PCB). Instead, the controller/driver is bonded directly to the glass, which enhances reliability and performance.
Gray Monochrome LCD with Parallel Interface | Compatible with Arduino
This monochrome COG LCD has a backlight cable attached for more flexibility applying power to the backlight. It includes a ST7565R controller, and communicates with 8080 Parallel interface. The 30-pin FFC cable allows simple connection with a range of development boards, including Arduino. This graphic LCD operates with a low 3V supply voltage and offers a wide operating temperature range from -20 to 70 degrees Celsius. Our displays are all RoHS compliant and adhere to strict environmental and safety standards.
